Bravo, ConBravo
Ichida here. Kevin and I had shit tons of fun this weekend at ConBravo 2011!Not only did we see and film some awesome events, like the Live Action Mario Party, but we got hilarious interviews with Doug "Nostalgia Critic" Walker, Noah "Spoony" Antwilder, Angry Joe, and many others, and we got to chill with other awesome doods like the Savage Bandito, Keith Apicary and Mike "Birdman" Dodd.
It was a smaller scale convention than Anime North, but because of that it was a much cozier environment. Being media felt less like work and more like an insider's good time - everyone we met was really fun, we passed out all of our business cards, did a lot of networking, and just had an all around awesome time. I think ConBravo was an experience that shows exactly what these conventions are all about.
My heartfelt thanks to my contacts and dear friends at ConBravo, Scott McCutcheon and A-run Chey. We have a ton of footage as well as a new Vlad's Troubles episode which will debut during the Season 2 run.
To everyone Kevin and I met at ConBravo, thanks for making this a most excellent weekend. I will fervently await next year's event. :D
Final reminder: We will be attending 
Episodes 5, 6, and 7 of Vlad's Troubles are now up to wrap up Season 1. This marks the completion of my remastering of all episodes originally produced by Vlad's old crew, Rubberband Productions. Make no mistake, there will be more Vlad, but it will fly under the IXI! Studios flag wholly from this point. Thanks for all your hard work, guys. :D
