OMG ACTUAL VIDEO GAME VIDEOS. Ichida and Litrid double up and bring you TWO new episodes of Test Drive for two brand new (sort of) releases! First off, Ichida zooms through Sonic CD so Litrid can give Tails a whirl in the new Sonic CD re-release. Watch that here! Secondly, Litrid, a hardcore Gears fan, picks up Gears: Reach... I mean, downloads the RAAM's Shadow DLC and serves up some gorey action. The first row may be bathed in blood.
IXI! Studios will be appearing at Con-G in Guelph, Ontario this upcoming February 25 and 26th, as media. With special guests like voiceover legend Kyle Hebert and local broadcasting phenomenon Mike "Birdman" Dodd, it's sure to be a party. Who else is going? :D
Sorry for the lack of updates recently - we've all been busy with the AMAZING lineup of games that have come out over the last few weeks (read: Skyrim), not to mention DTAC (December Toronto Anime Con) is coming this weekend, so preparations are being made as we are once again hosting the gameshows. We do have something Christmas-themed other than DTAC coming up though, so stay tuned! :D

Ichida here! Finally found some free wifi! Youmacon is going awesome! We arrived way ahead of schedule on Thursday, and we're having a blast! We spent all of Friday morning in Registration, where we got to take a quick snap of Linkara.
Not exactly website news, but awesome nonetheless - I was a guest on tonight's episode of Wha-chow! It's the podcast featuring many greats from the Abridged Community and their extended circles, including ShadyVox, Kirbopher, Psyguy, CrikeyDave, Liz, and lots of other awesome people! LittleKuriboh is usually on this podcast too but he has been busy with moving to America and getting married, so he wasn't on this or the last few ones, but it was still such an awesome time and I look forward to seeing them at Youmacon next weekend!
To celebrate our new website upgrade, here's a new convention announcement! Look for IXI! Studios at this year's Youmacon in Detroit! Once the schedule goes up we'll let you know what some of the events we'll be at include. Stop by, say hi, maybe make it into the Convention Hopper or Vlad's Troubles episode! Lo and behold the new redesign of IXI! Studios! Not just some minor tweak of code, the design has been completely overhauled by yours truly! Not only is it more professional-looking, but we now finally have a proper content slider to show off our latest videos! Our subscriber bar has been cleaned up into simple buttons! Our recently upgraded video catalogue now also sorts videos by event (ie conventions, concerts, holidays, locations) for your viewing pleasure!

I am proud to release the first Vlad's Troubles project that I personally had a hand in filming - Vlad's first anime convention. And what better con to go to than our hometown favorite, Anime North? :D

Another convention in the bag, another video in the can. It was a lot of work, and schedules changed more often than we'd have liked, but we got everything done. We shot lots of awesome footage, met a lot of awesome people, both fans and celebrities, and just had a lot of fun in general. We look forward to seeing everyone next year. Updates on this convention content-wise will follow over the coming weeks. :D

Hello, and welcome to my usual installment. Summer season has begun, and this is usually the time of year I look forward to most. I find that the summer season of anime is where studios and directors like to try new things and experiment. It’s probably due to lower number of viewers during those months, but it usually means this is the season we see a lot of original concepts and ideas floating around. Is that true for this season, well, let’s get right into it, shall we?
